After graduating in Business and Management at the University of Pisa, he began his career in the marketing and commercial areas of various Italian and international companies, developing a long experience in the consumer goods, clothing and retail sectors.
Since 1988 Marco has been working in Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager of various product lines in the Health and Beauty Care division. After P&G, he covers executive positions in the Bolton Group (Marketing Director and Country Manager Benelux), Heineken (Marketing Director), Esselunga (Director of Marketing and Communications) and Adidas (Head of Brand Marketing). He also worked on brand portfolio strategies, on the opening of new branches abroad, on the launch of new product lines, on the reorganization of commercial and retail networks and on the definition of commercial and communication plans.
Since 2007 he has worked as a consultant and trainer, with a focus on strategic and operational marketing, sales and trade marketing: in Choralia he follows projects in the areas of general management, marketing, sales and the relational dynamics applied to the operational reality.
He is also Client Leader on statistical analysis projects of the relationship between skills and performance based on the VANTIC ® model.
He collaborates with various Italian Universities as a teacher in bachelor and Masters courses.
