She graduated in History and Philosophy at the University of Sassari and began her career in HR in 1997 specializing in the areas of Organizational Development, Recruitment, Talent Management and Sales Force Training. Since 2005 she has worked as HR Director with growing responsibilities in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada. She has worked in the industrial production sector (Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi) and in the Medical Sector (Guidant / Boston Scientific, St.Jude Medical). Since 2003 Anna has been collaborating with Bocconi University in the Graduate Orientation Program.

In Choralia designs and delivers consultancy and training projects in Business Organization, Managerial and Commercial Training, Assessment and Development Center, especially in the Healthcare sector.

She is also involved with Project Management, where she design consulting and training interventions and internally coordinates the activities of accreditation, communication and relations with the International Organizations (Project Management Institute (PMI) ®, Prince), and is associated with the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® and she is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) ® Nothern Italy Chapter.
